Mark and Andy conducted an EICR of a one bedroom flat. There were a multitude of problems which presented themselves in a recently renovated bathroom, with serious faults, which were immediately disconnected. Mark advised that I should make the renovation company aware of these faults and give them an opportunity to rectify these issues. As I was on a tight schedule to prepare my property for rental, he was prepared to and able to ensure remedial work (rewire, location and correction of fault on lighting circuit, amongst many others) was carried out two days before I was due to relocate, even making rearrangements to his work schedule. In addition, Mark also carried out PAT testing and installed hardwired fire alarms and CO detectors in the flat with no damage to existing décor. His professionalism and work ethic is second to none; his work is to a very high standard and I am very grateful for his help, advice and services.
