Young Stevie and I in today carrying out an EICR and consumer unit changeover – faults found and awaiting instruction from the home-owner as to when we can repair .. Going back also to install a full smoke and CO hard wired detector system and give a 5 year guarantee with all our work. Glad to make a family a bit safer today , and even happier when we install the smoke alarm system.. at least this landlord is prepared to help protect his tenants. . New uniforms ordered and pictures to follow!!
