We recently performed a comprehensive EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) at Haddington West Parish Church in Edinburgh.
We found 8 of the 40 shades to be in an immediately dangerous condition, ready to fall. Sited 20 feet above the public seating area. We found low insulation resistance readings (faults) simply due to sloppy installation work ( completed in 2009). If it’s not safe, it’s not good enough. Going back also to install a full smoke and CO hard wired detector system and give a 5 year guarantee with all our work.
